Stunning 2009 Bay 16.1 h AQHA Appendix Gelding. Rocket was bred, raised and trained right here at our facility and has been trained and shown in Dressage and some over Fences and really enjoys jumping. He is quiet and very well mannered with a great mind. He is forward thinking under saddle and responsive and light off aids with 3 very correct gaits and would excell up the levels with a talented rider. Doing First level Dressage and schooling Second level movements. Great out hacking on trails.
No bad habits, and sound, never had any lameness issues and No Vices. UTD on all vaccines, worming and teeth and shoeing, loads, clips and baths like a dream.
He is nominated in the AQHA Incentive Fund Program, and has a Lifetime USDF and USEF Licenses and is nominated in the USDF All Breed Award Program.
His Sire Northern Presence TB has produced many Canadian National Champions as well as Congress Finalist and World Qualifiers. His mother Bleaus Rocket Girl /Appendix is out of Rocket Wrangler. This talented gelding is very versatile.

Equestrian Background
Lillian Evaniew-Phelan's is from White Rock BC Canada and began her equestrian career in the 1980s, competing in the Arabian Association and in Dressage with her Morgan Arab mare. Privileged to have had the most valuable correct learning from her longtime coach who rode with Dietrich von Hopffgarten and Dr. Bods.
Since then Lillian has started many young horses, problem horses and showing in numerous competitions with different breeds and disciplines in the past forty years.
A dedicated seven year apprenticeship assistant trainer position with Ruth Sweet, AQHA World Champion Trainer. Lillian learned what devotion hard work, discipline and the perseverance it takes to be competitive in Reining, Trail, Western Riding, Working Cow, Cutting, Western Pleasure, Hunter Under Saddle, Halter and Lunge line classes.
Purchasing her own 20 acres in early 2000, of bare ground began the development of White Rock Performance Horses Equestrian Center. A few years into development she met and married her Husband. They have now completed and expanded White Rock Performance Horses to a 70 acre Equestrian Facility.
Specializing in Dressage and Western Dressage with a no gimmick training approach, producing a willing and happy equine and competitor.
Currently, Lillian continues to ride Classical Dressage and compete, earning her USDF Bronze Medal on self made AQHA horses that were not designed for Dressage and winning many World Titles and Championships.
Continually expanding her Dressage education to ride with great Masters, Conrad Shumacher and Ulf Wadeborn in 2025.
Lillian and her Husband imported two Young Westphalian Mares from Germany, will be a team to look forward to in future competitions!
On thd flip side with Lillian's vast ability and Horsemanship, she continues to also compete in AQHA Ranch Riding and AQHA Ranch Trail as well and Versatility Ranch Horse Clinics.
Lillian currently holds 13 judges cards, judging in Canada and in the US.
If you are looking for a Horse Show Judge Lillian is extremely professional with outstanding communication skills and is dedicated to judging horses and riders fairly and accurately. She conducts herself in a manner that shows respect to the Exhibitors and Horse Show Associations.

Lillian is a unique Clinician which stems from a lifetime as a rider, trainer and now Judge. Very valuable and honest way of communicating with various types of horses, riders and disciplines in her Clinics. Thus, making her a valued returning Clinician to many different Associations. Her training techniques are designed around the humane welfare of the horse, helping each horse to excel in what they are capable of achieving.

Our Facility
Lillian Evaniew-Phelan and her husband Matt are the proud owners of White Rock Performance Horses LLC. Having developed after many years of hard work this 70 acre facility from a bare piece of ground into a first class Equestrian facility. Lillian operates the business and has been involved in showing and training horses since 1983.
